If you do not like your current billing system why don't you buy a new one? I'm confused as to why you would want to use another shared hosting company's services to host YOUR billing software...it could swing the wrong way with clients.
Well I wouldnt buy a dedi or a vps of someone that cant even host/buy there own 20$ p/m billing software
If your selling dedis you should have atleast 1 dedi for webservices

Per our policies clientexec resellers are not able to do such. If you were to get a shared/reseller account with someone reselling clientexec they'd need to provision it on their system (otherwise it could be construed as an external license).I don't care how much space or bandwidth you offer. For what you're looking for you would need to seek out one of our authorized distributors for a license.

Yes I found out about not being able to use external licenses and yes I am selling dedicated but with a different provider. I run a vps with grabyourhosting.com and its $60/month. No matter what provider you use, you can hide your nameservers by using ns1.grabyourhosting.com and ns2.grabyourhosting.com. You just need to know the ip addresses. Which most providers don't know how to do this. You can do this with any kind of account type no matter what. Since I got a client exec provider and currently I'm not liking the situation because the site is going really slow. I am getting a client exec reseller license and will offer client exec for free for my reseller customers next week. I had to spend alot on services including RVSite Builder Pro, VPS, RVSkins etc. Its not a problem to get my cash next week and offer client exec for myself and my clients. I offer more than the competition generally and have lots of clients. Funds sometimes get low but its not a factor with this service. I will get my head up on the ground. I have been doing this for over a year as a reseller and finally managing vps by myself because people seem not to fix my services correctly whenever I ask help with cpanel or my provider because they don't have the brains like me lol. I am very honest. My provider is pathetic because they say they fix the problem but they can't. Most of the problems are fixed with my webhosting by checking the cpanel forums.
