Order a static IP from your ISP. I believe it's around $15 per month for me.

For dynamic dns services (not static ips) you can look at:
    freedns.afraid.org
    dyndns.com
    zoneedit.com
    changeip.com
    tzo.com

If you have a linksys router with the official firmware it will automatically work with dyndns and tzo

The only people that can make your IP static, is your ISP. And if you have a dynamic IP, you will have to pay

Not sure what you mean by that????

Okay the 'have to pay' would be up to the ISP, but origionator IP is controlled soley by the ISP so why the '+1' bit - don't understand????

Thats for an internal network where you control DHCP, not an external network (AKA - internet connection / ISP)
