For dynamic dns services (not static ips) you can look at:
freedns.afraid.org
dyndns.com
zoneedit.com
changeip.com
tzo.com

If you have a linksys router with the official firmware it will automatically work with dyndns and tzo

Not sure what you mean by that????

Okay the 'have to pay' would be up to the ISP, but origionator IP is controlled soley by the ISP so why the '+1' bit - don't understand????
