VPS | 40$ max | Portugal or agood ping

Hi, im lokking for a vps so i can host some sites and run a cs server game to my clan.
I prefer server in portugal because the ping. but if its in another place with a good ping is fine!

Requirements
Space: 15GB
Transfer: 200 GB
Ram: 512 garanted
Good processator
Good ping from portugal ( less that 100 ms)
Cpanel and whm
Good support

Have any like this to offer to me from 40$? paypal month

» Pings from here (Portugal) to UK are around 50-60ms
» If you get a vps in france you'll probably be routed to UK and then to FR
» Not all vps providers will allow you to run a gameserver

For servers located in portugal you'll get
» 9h/day support : 8:00 - 17:00
» Expensive vps

Game server applications fails to function properly on a vps platform. So, VPS is not recommended for using it as a game server and also memory and cpu allocations for vps are less.
It's better to opt for a dedicated server as it would ensure smooth functioning of your game server.

I will run just 2 cs 1.6 servers in max, and host some sites!

I cannot pay more that 40$ for that

512mb of ram on a VPS defently will not be able support 2 cs 1.6 servers.. maby 1x 8 slot server.
