Same here, but it's kind of ironic they have that We Recommend You Load This Page In Firefox, when I am using Firefox.

Well, I can't tell from archive.org, but it looks like it's been down ever since they updated the script itself in 2006 (Due to the fact that Archive.org tried archiving install.php)
