Im planning on offering VPS packages on my site, Its rather an expensive to start up completely, So I was wondering if theres any hosting companies that are offering a affiliate/reseller program on VPS/Dedi.

to become a dedicated server reseller, most company would require you to have at least a few servers with them before they would give you a discount (i.e. reseller price)

True, but the OP is asking for VPS reseller.

Try contacting these guys and asking them about a VPS reseller account. I believe they are trying to start such a thing.
