What happened to CJB.CC??

I have (had?) a web site on cjb.cc that I was using for as a means of distributing the results of my research (for my M.A.), but I have not been able to access anything from cjb.cc for several weeks. I never received any kind of notification. I paid for extra space for an unfinished period of time. I have sent the admin (Redser: redser@cjb.cc, and LEEE SJL: sjleee@hotmail.com) several e-mails, but I have never heard back from them.

I was wondering if anyone might know what was happening?

If you haven't promote your website, then you can take a new domain. freedns.afraid.org is a good one.

I think the whole cjb.cc sub-domains are down. I can't even open cjb.cc.

I had been with these people for over a year, and was very happy with them.
I had lots of stuff on the site. I have been doing research for my thesis, and after my apartment flooded (twice), and the building burned once, I kept all of my data on the site, because I thought it was safer there. My computer was lost during the last flood, so all my research and code are toast...

Nothing to do but move on...

CJB.CC used to be run by a guy called Austin, and then it was run by someone called Sang Lee (sjleee@hotmail.com). It turns out that they may be the same person.

This is Byzantine. I was talking to "godaddy" about the possibility of recovering some of the research data, and I found out that the domain was "registered" with them, but was held remotely, on servers called "ns1.cjb.cc", and "ns2.cjb.cc", that "godaddy" knew nothing about. I tried to see what would happen if I pinged the servers, but I did not get a response.
