share a server?

Hi just bought a new windows 2003 standard server.

With this config.

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6320
Cache: 4MB
RAM: 4GB DDR2 667
Disk: 2x160GB SATA II
RAID: Onboard RAID 1
Bandwidth: 1000GB
Uplink Port: 100 Mpbs
Windows 2003 R2 STD
IP Addresses: 8

But it has no control panel.
i am going to be using this control panel

(or if you have a better one?)

or least it which is like 28.00 a month for 50 domain and will let you use most of the resources on the server.

and give you an admin remote access.

Please only serious minded individuals only.
Or whoever is interested into joining with me to start a web company.

If you can't afford $28/month I would start out with a VPS instead of a dedicated.

yeah i know but i am going to be using it for video streaming too.

and i am looking for partners to start up a windows hosting company.

So you already own this server, and you are using it for video streaming, who do you need a partner.

No one would want to share a server with a video streaming as transfer and resources are going to be used up quickly with the video streaming alone.

It would be dumb to host websites on the same server..

You could have still purchased a smaller dedicated server or vps to do your personal streaming. I still don't see why you need a partner
