    *FREE* Remote PC Troubleshooting

Kind of doing a test pilot for something here and need to test out some remote PC pieces of software.

If anyone is interested, free of charge, I will troubleshoot PC issues, remove virus/spyware, tune up computer, etc.

Just PM me, hit me up on email/IM. Limited time and limited offer as I can only do so much.

Again, just doing this to test out some remote PC software. I have over 3 years in the IT/PC Repair business, a few years in the hosting biz, and an-almost-complete A+ certification in PC Repair, and almost an Associates Degree as well , so I will do my best to get you taken care of

I use UltraVNC. Works great. I have a client that has about 50 computers in an office and I VNC into their office and do all the repairs. Saves me and them time.

    Good luck!

What exactly can you do to tune up, I hate doing that, so much so that I'm willing to let a complete stranger do it. Hopefully you won't kill my computer.

utcrazy, the standard stuff, nothing too outrageous. Clean temps, schedule defrag/temp cleanup, run some registry tweaks/cleanup, disable startup items, virtual memory settings, etc.

Any misc troubleshooting you'd me to do I am sure I could do as well.

As I just found out, its a nightmare over dial up, so high speed only

Oh I knew it would be pathetic and slow, but I was hoping at least usable. I couldn't even get the screen to refresh in 60 seconds

I've used TightVNC over dialup and didn't run into any major problems, you just have to know how to configure the software you're using.

Hey guys, just so you know Matt did a great job, a very nice tune up on my computer. Running a lot smoother now, I reccomend you take the opportunity now while it's available. Thanks Matt!

Can you tune up my computer for me too?

It's been a little slow lately. I just haven't had the time to look into it.
