MediaWiki 1.6.10 Problems

I get these problems when trying to install Cite.php Extension to MediaWiki 1.6.10. Please note I cannot update my MediaWiki to any higher version until my host's hoster installs php5. I've already contacted them and they said they will be switching "eventually." So it's not a sure thing.

For those who don't want to click links:

I get a whole mess of promblems after installing this.

I need help installing Cite.php (An extension for MediaWiki that allows the use of the reference tags) or fixing it. As you can see from my previous post, installing it causes an error.
