any word on this host? its been down for the better part of the day, if not all day...why cant i find a reliable host that will stay online??? is this so much to ask???








I think everyone on this site, one way or another claims
that they are reliable... lets talk about that little extra,
how does paying $20/mo make that better then the $15/mo??
just because someone costs more does not make them anymore
reliable, it just means your paying more.
When their system finally come back online, I emailed support and complained, you know what he did? he emailed me back with a termination threat...and said the suppor that handled my account did so improperly, like thats my fault how? he can kiss my furry butt with his new company motto, if you like downtime, then come on over to SharedRack.com hosting.
he must be seriously retarded barking back at me with a termination threat, he can keep his downtime hosting for all i care...
Nick disappeared on me as well, good old hosting industry, always so reliable. Took a good lot of money as well.
Yes, failure took a place but not a better part of the day Sir, it was 1 hour, 30 minutes and it was verified by trackers. Partial refund has been given for those clients where guaranteed uptime exceeded. Let me know your customer name and email so we can identify your account.

If you honestly think clients would want to deal with you when you vanish on your staff your more nutzs then you were when you ran Nkom.
I'm not sure if that's Nick or the sales person Nick isn't paying either. Seems like nKom all over again.
Wow... what a post. Haven't been logged in here for a while. Let me rectify some stuff here.
1st of all to utcrazy : You can sort your thing out via email, and you know I do not owe you any money of any kind. All youve been able to do is lie to our customers and made me lose $300 in the 1st week I hired you. Don't even ask yourself why I did put you out of the business as you were causing more casualities than helping out. If you feel like arguing on this one do it by email not on public forums and ill be happy to send you the chat logs I catched. As well as the unauthorized paypal transactions youve made to your account to buy the server with company money without my consent (and most of all the wrong one for that customer from the wrong provider!), as well as hiring multiple employees without asking me and telling them you were in charge and they will never meet me or "higher management". Thats what most of them told me you told them making them feel you were the owner of the company while you weren't. This is a felony and misrepresentation, as you live in ontario you should know the canadian laws like me and that I could send you a lawyer for diffamation and misrepresentation. But you can sleep at night because I won't. I don't have time nor money to lose on these kind of child games.

working with us anymore, he gave you free hosting (if you paid you
have been frauded by him and us too as we never got the money).
Again, we do not accept rudeness from our customers as you can see
on our legal page. We do reserve ourself the right to terminate
such a customer automatically without warning. We do respect our
customers and we are waiting the same thing on their end.
Please remember that you have been a "pending" customer for a
while. The person who signed you in never input a package or
invoice in our system. This is unfortunately putting you on our
list of : clients to terminate. We didn't as we knew that this
former employee had made a lot of troubles and thats another reason
why he is not working for us anymore.
Again, in case someone told you he was the owner of sharedrack, the
real and only legal owner is me. So if you would like to adjust the
situation, or specify some details I was not aware about your
account as of yet, feel free to let me know.

hosting which can be found almost anywhere.
the only thing mark offered me was 30 days free, it hasnt been
30 days, so dont act like its been a long time, other then that,
im not concerned what he did or did not do, and he made
no special claims that i know of about being owner.
and if you bark at customers with termination threats that bark at you,
well, you will losose clients one-by-one, because I will tell you to shove
it up your TOS ---, and I can have hosting restarted by morning, because
if you cant handle me, then you have no customer service skills, and
you surely should not be in the hosting businesss."
This is the reason why we decided to terminate your account. We do not tolerate any kind of rudeness or disrespect. We do understand people being angry and mad sometimes but this is not the way to solve things. My reply was a warning then you replied to me with even more rudeness.
Sorry but I had to make this one clear too.
