    Important note on the OEM issue I learned the hard way. OEM comes with no MS Support. Anytime you need to call MS for support, it's a 30$ charge, even for email. Non-OEM software gives you support.

    But who really calls microsoft for support? You can get help online and microsoft will give free support for anything related to activation.
