    how to raise the IP?

    my web has only little IP
    what can I do to raise Ip?
    Do you have a good suggestion?

    Can we make links?

    Checksite.us - Check if a site is down or not
    ReverseIP.us - Check how many sites are hosted on the same server.

    more ips can usually be purchased from your web host.

    Your web host can get more from one of their isp's.

    The question sounds rather confusing, but if you mean IP addresses, you can get more of them from your host, however you will have to provide some justification for using them, say SSL cert (I can't think of any other legal one), hosts do ask for it, at least my host a2hosting.com requires it.

    I think he would like to have web site online without domain name. It is possible, but not all companies allow that.

    I have to say that plenty of. Maybe your current web hosting provider allow that.
    Anyway domain names are not so expencive nowadays and lots of companies ofers them for free as bonus etc...
