If it doesn't work for you make sure you have at least .NET framework version 3.5.

When you press print screen it pops up, from there you can click save to save to the hard drive or click upload to instantly (~5 seconds) upload to the web and return your links.

Do you have the .NET framework version 3.5 or above installed?

edit: Nevermind, installers been changed.. doesn't work on my system either for some reason.
