Good header. The gray is terrible, and the text is an eyesore to read. You have a big space between your navigation columns and your main body.

It's a good start Jordan and as Devin says about the gray, maybe try blues but with more contrast (more difference between the dark and light colours)

Thanks for the advice Devlin and Decker, Ill maybe have an attempt again lol not very good at graphics yet.
