Free host for proxy, txt ads only no post to host, less thhan 20GB bandwidth needed

Looking for a web proxy host, that does not require post to host, the script will be heavily tweaked so it does not consume any more than 20GB traffic a month, the host's ads will be on the proxy home page and on all proxified pages, however the host's ads must be text ads only, not banners or popups, or popunders, only ftp will be required, no need for a control panel.
