What did you find wrong with CC, been using it fine for a couple of years, and it's good for digital sales.
I am looking for a script that will do the following:
1. Allow visitors to download free website templates
2. Allow users to purchase website designs with or without PSD.
Any suggestions?
I have tried Cube Cart but it's not that great.

It's fine for simple shopping but what I want to do is give the visitor an option to download a template for free without the PSD and with a Designer Notice or purchase the template with the PSD and no Designer Notice, if that makes sense? CC doesn't provide that feature.

That's pretty specific software Dan, me thinks you might have to hire someone ... no plug intended ...

lol G'man Joe.
Unfortunately at the moment though my finances aren't sufficient enough to hire a coder to do this job for me.
I may have to just put links on the site for separate downloads using PayPal Shopping Cart. Like "Download Template" and "Purchase Template" or whatever.![]()

osCommerce. Supports digital products.
Not sure if it would allow visitors to download without creating an account.
Google™
Yes it does!
All you have to do is setup the product twice, one free one paid, that and the benefit that they can easily be stored outside the publically available areas and each generated link can have a lifespan in both time and download count!?!
You've just been using it wrong ya tick lump
I can set up a product to show you, if you install CC and put a couple of template options up![]()

Yeah ok.
Also, is there a way to integrate CC with a website layout? Like, here is the site - http://www.glandesigns.com
If you click on one of the red boxes on the top it will bring you to a page for that section. I want to have the templates listed there with the price, Preview link and Buy Now link.

Yep just link each to the catagory link.
Remeber to edit the return home link or it will just go back to the CC home
I'd have to have a look through the files again to find exactly where it is but it's actually easy enough once you've had a prowl round it.
Getting docs for CC sucks though, always has as there don't appear toi be any, and the forum has it's share of we are better than you types cause we know the owner that won't help with sod all.
