Cursing / Abusing staff?

I honestly feel that the OP has a very good case here and skylar really does need to grow up, it kinda shows when the guy is banned from the forums already.... not very professional, yeh he will probably flame/bash me for something but at the end of the day, you deserve either your server or refund!

I actually have a dedicated server i can run the site from and another reseller account (fnix.org)
To get the site back to how it was will take me a few days unfortunatly and i will have to most likely pay for reinstallation of my billing script

Luckily for me, all current members are friends of mine, so they will understand.

Very unprofessional indeed, you need a thick skin to be in business, if you don't like dealing with a client then you have every right to drop them, but you don't take money from them and then drop them, refund them for what hasn't been issued, at the least, and try and part ways professionally.

Trying to amend the ToS and pull an underhanded scheme like that is just..wrong.

Another possibility to consider is that maybe the party involved at the host may be of young age, so use of any foul language might have daunted him/her quite a bit.

lol, Please make it noted, that I am NOT involved with this company. I was just striking a business offer with them, and he asked me to post something on the website.

Either way, the sites back up and im glad i wasnt "abusive" in the eyes of the community. I was starting to think the world had grown extra sensitive over night.

Crissic was never good in the first place... you can read about it all over FWS. I'm not bashing here, but didn't you do any research about why Skylar's banned on FWS?
