Its me Jovial again after long. Does someone know where i can get domain reseller for wholesale (base) price of 4$-5$ ONLY . The desposit is not a problem but 4-5$ is a must. (Deposit can be even 5000$.)

you wont get it for $5.
if you want to resell domains, the minimum i have seen is a deposit of $100 on most resellers.

The lowest "buy" price for domains I have seen, is $5.99 - with a 10k deposit. Cannot remember where tho, and it was a long time ago.
