If you could open up the PC then take a look at the motherboard, try and find the make and model number. Once you have atleast those, I'll be able to try and find you some sound drivers. Hopefully it will be on there.
My sister's PC has no sound so need assistance.

Considering you last posts in this section Dan, I have these sugestions for you:
- Plug your Speakers
- Connect the Speakers to the PC (on the green hole, not the pink or the blue one)
- Raise the volume on the "Volume Control" app.
if none of the following work:
- Call an unexpirienced basic user to fix it for you
