Find a day / weekend to just completely relax and not worry about anything. Tune out of the world. Go with friends to the beach (You live in Cali and I assumed that you were relatively close to the beach). Then tune in again, everything will still be waiting for you, but you should feel much more refreshed about it.
My friend's an I have all been stressed out lately, so we've been having trips like this & stuff. Our beach trip... is in 2 weeks I think.
