Best way to get a host up & going?

Hi guys, myself and my business partner have recently lauched a free host, and I'm administrating it. I would like to know some tips on gaining those first members, and getting some people hosted.

I'm a little lost, its been over a year since I run a web host, so not exactly got the knowledge from before, and wanted some help on getting it going.

The main purpose of the forum is a business advice forum, this is how my business partner wants it, even though I have said it won't work. I just don't know what to do about it.

Hence this topic, I will admit, I'm struggling for ideas to get it going, and its stressing me out

I'm interested to know too. Due to only hosting my friends and such, I ended up closing since it wasn't really worth it.
The forum could work out, but it's stilll pretty limited, since you can't have a forum like this, since you are offering free hosting. Though you could do paid only...

I've suggested that to my business partner, and still not worked.

I've had it in my mind to drop out, but then why? I set it up, I want to see if it works, even if I am getting more & more stressed about it. I just, I guess, need help with it, but dont know where to look.
