I have an ----- forum in another site and the bandwidth exceeded and my Ip was banned. I was able to use proxy but it was very slow.

I therefore was looking for another free hosting which allow ----- contents in the forum.

Details as follows:
200-300mb is enough but 500mb is preferable
7-10 gb monthly bandwidth
ad-free preferable
PHP Script use: PHPBB3
allowed swf file type
can use ftp to upload the scripts
