Reliable linux reseller webhost

Im in search for an Australian linux reseller web host.

I need at least:
* 5gigs storage.
* 50gigs B/w (more would be nice but I can cope with that much.)
* 20mysql databases (Mysql 5)
* WHM (Standard with reseller accounts i presume)
* Cpanel
* At least 20email accounts
* Can host at least 2 domains.
* PHP5
* At least 20 subdomains.
* Custom error pages
* Very reliable Online time. (Hardly every down)
& A support desk.

Thats all I can think of right now, My budget is
Below $12AUD.

Being honest mate, if you want WHMCS included, you will have to go a bit more on your budget. WHMCS Licenses are at least $12.95 USD per month alone.

What you want will be around 30 AUD with most
Aussie companys & that wont include WHMCS or SSH.

WHMCS is a billing system, WHM is what you ment then

Since i'm located in Australia It would be nice if the server was also located in Australia.

In that case - You will need to up your budget to around $24AUD to even come close to getting an offer

AU is an extremely expensive place for hosting.

Hmm, Well I guess I wouldn't mind a US server,
Though I just want hosting that I can rely on to hardly ever go down. As other people agree it can be most frustrating when you goto check your email you receive an error that it cannot connect to the email host or when you try to visit your website and it times out.
