Ok after Eclouds/Steadcom helped me figure out what I need, I am in shopping again to meet what I need, not to be purchased for at least 3 weeks. This is on a very tight budget, so the cheaper the better. Eclouds, don't be afraid to offer again, just in case I missed something earlier, I definitely won't look over you.

If VPS:
10GB+space
100GB+ bandwidth
400Mhz guaranteed power
2GB Guaranteed Ram/4GB Burst

If Dedi (cheap):
20GB+ space, 40GB+ a great asset
200GB+ bandwith, up to 800GB greatly appreciated
1.4Ghz+
512MB Ram minimum, 1GB preferred, 2GB gets you a great spot

No panels, apache, mysql, or the like. You can have webmin preinstalled, I'll put it in myself if not. But i'd rather do it myself anyways so don't think you have to have it to get ahead in the bidding.

Linux only. Debian 4.0 or CentOS 5. Debian preferred. Will not accept Fedora/Ubuntu/Red Hat/BSD.

2IP's minimum, 3 preferred. Free OS reinstalls a must, by ticket or panel, doesn't matter as long as they can be done.

Yes I got the reply, The price is quite high though. But I expect that with my memory requirements. I really am starting to shift toward looking at small dedis that I can multitask with.
