Looking for help!

I know everyone is probably tired of hearing the "need a script that will do..." type of stuff, but hey.. where else can I go?

Anyways. Looking for a script that basically will allow me to have a user sign up (register), possibly a pay account of sorts, that they will then have their own "private space" per se that noone can see except for them and us, unless they/we share a "link" or permit access to someone else.

Consider this. Person signs up, uploads a video of him/herself, it remains private (noone can view) until a WE decide or THEY decide to allow other people to view it. Once that happens, ONLY the people who have the "key" or "link" can view their "space"

What I am getting at is a myspace, but only locked down. But still must allow new users, and allow them full use of their area (space?) to create, publish, etc. what they want but NOT open it to the public until they are ready (of course, we can overide that if we choose... of course not going to happen without their consent).

So, back to the consider this part. Person A signs up, uploads a video of him/her in love with person B. Doesn't want to tell person B until X time has passed (after prom??). After X time has passed, we will (or person A will) contact Person B and notify them of the message waiting. Then person B has FULL access to view/comment/etc in that mini-community or sorts.

I REALLY REALLY hope someone has some direction for me (free i hope!!)
