after a lot of bad experiences (throttling down, even canceling of accounts - I'm sick of it!) I thought I register here and try asking for what I need:

I'm looking for stable hosting offers accepting my legitimate 15000 subscribers newsletter as business.

And I make it crystal clear:

This IS for a website running a CAN-SPAM compliant newsletter, I'm not trying to send spam here like a host in the past thought and kicked me without even asking or warning, what a world...

Okay, what I need is very very basic:

a little it of webspace (even 100mb is enough, seriously)

a little bit of traffic (very few gigs are okay for sure, no big files or something to worry about)

1 MySQL-DB is enough (Newsletter-Data is about 3MB of MySQL and Website doesn't need MySQL at all)

PHP enabled (well, standard these days, right?)

PHP mail() enabled to ensure the newsletter script can do the job


I can throttle the newsletter script as much as I want, but honestly, I need to get the emails out fast, sometimes I'm sending urgent notes and if they arrive 3 days later it makes no big sense and annoys my subscribers (and I totally understand this btw!).

If I may make a suggestion. Look into getting a vps. I only say this because the load your script could possibly put on there servers could be the cause for them to terminate/suspend your account. Most shared hosts have a limit on the resources that you are able to use and some are more strict about it than others. This is just my tip. Keep in mind you can probbly get a vps to fit your needs for $10 a month or less depending on what company and what kind of specials they have going on at the time you buy it.
