Can someone help and sort me with free shoutcast any bitrate!

I am looking for a free shoutcast hosting for free with cpanel, ftp to upload new mixes and the shoutcast stream to stream any bitrate what ever you got to give away for free
i would advertise your hosting on the stream
can someone sponser me with a free shoutcast to play my mixes

I can get you a icecast v2 server with any bitrate and 1000 listners hosted in russia. Send me a pm.

Thanks cavedog for the icecast hosting! now just just need some kind of web space server that allow me to upload me mixes and that transcode the mp3's to the stream hosting

any offer's anyone thats willing to set up server for me to upload mixes and that stream to some servers
maybe like unix shell i could ssh into wget mixes to to the server and that send stream to the servers.
