    Countdown to spring forward

Wooo, in just about 3 weeks it will be light until close to 7 PM here. I always love this time because I can BBQ later during the day

I also smelled the first fresh cut grass last week.

Oh goodness... I have to remember that one. I wonder what happens if you're working graveyard during the switch. Is it a paid hour? Do they short you an hour when it's fall back?

Normally if you work nights, your clocks change automatically. So say you work 10PM to 4AM. You would lose one hour of work when you spring forward that night, because if they change at 2AM, it'll suddenly 3AM, and you'll only have to work one more hour instead of two.

At least around here all the timeclocks for clocking in and out are computerized and finger print based.

One of my friends works graveyard, I'm gonna laugh. Hopefully I won't show up late for work.

Your friend should (More like will) be payed for that missed hour. Or be made to work an extra hour to make up his rota'd hours, that's how it usually works here.
