I need to run blog with have some adult content in it.
I need 1gb of space
10 gb of BW
cpanel
1 mysql database

I willing to put small link or post2host in return

P.s If possible I want space can be upgraded if my site run out of space.

No file size limits till you hit your storage space limit .
And your plan is upgradable to higher versions if you need .
I can offer you this in return of one banner and one link back on all your pages .
If you don't want the banner , you can do 20 posts per month
