On behalf of HostBill team im happy to announce that version 1.0.4 finally out!

* Promotional Codes
You can now create discount codes for your future/existing clients to be used during checkout process

* Info pages
Easily create inner HostBill pages using buit-in WySIWYG editor, no html knowledge needed, no need to hire moody designer as well!

* Fast set-up
Reduce your set-up / learning time by configuring HostBill fast after install

* Category cart templates
Each category can now be listed in clientarea in individual way

* New clientarea template
Modern, Intuitive and easier to integrate with your current hosting website.

* VPS modules support
Clients and admin VPS details site differs with shared hosting details in HostBill - client and admin have (depending on module used)
almost full controll over vps.

* DNS Management
With Cpanel you can build DNS clustering service. Hard to find
cheap DNS cluster solution now.

We supply fallowing features for DNS management at Client Area:
- Add/Delete/Edit Domain
- Add/Delete/Edit A, MX, CNAME, NS, TXT records
- Add domain with IP assigned to certain VPS or IP that reside outside
of your network.

In short words: Client at Client Area can register domain with (enom, resellerclub, hexonet and other registrars) and immediately configure for VPS.

2. We write modules quite fast. Just let us know what you need and we will deliver new modules within 3-7 days.
3. If you need something to automate or improve in your hosting company - we are always happy to oblige. We will listen and try to suggest/provide solution.

Since your new, wouldn't you have released an opening special, maybe a lower price to attract customers? As it stands, I wouldn't buy your software because your new and your the same price as WHMCS. Sorry if I come off as being a bit ignorant, but WHMCS is a reputable company, I have no clue who you are.

And no, I don't recommend putting out specials after I just said this. I recommend showing your truly outstanding features which may be better than WHMCS.

That doesn't cut it for me to be honest. How would you convince me to drop WHMCS and purchase your software?

I also agree, for a new product it's a bit expensive.

I am just trying to make you realize that you need to do something to attract clients, having the same prices as other, far more well known and trust worthy apps, just wont get you to move forward, you should do as people have suggested and create 5$ for the first 100 clients or something...
Thats still 420~+$ after fees and it will get your name out...

I would buy it for 5$, not for 13...

Another idea: first 50 clients free, not 5.
That would get people trying it.

Sure no problem. This is just post to encourage customers and see what we are doing. We are really technical savvy guys (know how to automate certain process in hosting companies) and would like to bring freshness in this dull market. If you are not interested. OK there is no problem you can stick with your current software.

But what we offer: fast support and a lot of improvements in 2010. We will post at freewebspace.net regularly about our new features.

WHMCS offers the same thing. I'm interested in using this product, but not seeing anything different from WHMCS at the moment.
