What is Best Support Ticket System?

From what I’ve heard and read, Kayako is buggy and some people are looking for other options. Two others that are really good would be www.focalscope.com and www.zendesk.com. In the end it depends on what workflow and features you want + what your budget is.

Hello, i use WHMCS myself. Hostbill is a good option too.

Kayako is overpriced. yes it is.

How is it overpriced? It's intended to be used for established businesses -- not new businesses.

Seriously, you figure even at minimum wage a single employee is going to be around $1200 a month full time.. $30-$50 a month per staff member on Kayako is a drop in the bucket compared to that.

eTicket since it is based on osticket but more secure and with a few other enchancements.

I'm definitely one for the support system already in WHMCS. Its never done me wrong, free with my billing system.. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more.
