Moreover, 3MB per file is not that much you know... You should consider atleast 10MB for anonymous users 20MB for members. Also try to customise the MultiHost script. Its not the best looks for a image hosting script, and image hosting sites need to look really good!
3 MB is plenty for images.We are not a file host, but rather an image host. Thanks for taking a look noob.
