Dreamweaver and Photoshop are probably the best, although I'm sure there are cheaper/free alternatives

I am tired to see posts about the same products (90% of the posts here are about ADOBE). Can you please post other products that you are using ?

A SEO couple had twins. For the first time they were happy with duplicate content.

Well, “AboutWeb” Adobe Photoshop is one of the unique web designing software’s in the market that have plenty of outstanding options which are also easy to learn and operate by beginners or professionals that’s why everyone recommends this software.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Adobe Fireworks CS4, Adobe Illustrator CS4 and Web Studio are also good.

This 3 maybe the most common use for most of the webdesigner which is much more user friendly but only for expert.

If not expert then i will say stay with wordpress and prestashop

I use Microsoft Expression Web and GIMP for the graphics and photo parts of it. I'd like to try out Wordpress however for incorporating blogging.

Adobe photoshop for GFX and notepad++ for coding. I prefer the simplicity of notepad and its fast loading time.
