    The OPs statement is all the proof anyone here needs. 3+ days before a single reply to support tickets and phone calls is unacceptable even in free hosting. You also replied that people posted info about the old owners. Since your wife is listed as the owner, I wouldnt call that an old owner, especially when that was what was listed at the time of the complaint. Regardless, as was stated there is nothing illegal about posting the information when it is public accessible anyway.

    It is your responsibility to make sure clients are aware of problems and address them in timely fashions. I seriously doubt the OP will simply post for days on end with the discussion of other users and then finally move on a week after his site was down. Sure you dont have to state how long a reply will be, its common sense and good business to reply in a timely fashion, not days later. If you recall only a person stating "my server is down" then why did you not cross reference his name with your client list? Seems only appropriate that this would have been addressed immediately now would it?

    So yah, while I may not have all kinds of experience with web hosting and clients, it seems I certainly have a better understanding on what is important in terms of client priorities.

    OK so if we run a VPS company off a VPS then how would i make VPS servers off a VPS Server? if you know how oh do tell me!!

    Like i have told you over and over and over again and again, We run our WEBSITE off a VPS with VPS Latch as they where offering cPanel/WHM VPS Servers cheap so why not pick up a VPS off our own network to host our main website.. Just so you know why we done this is so if any of our VPS Servers or node's go offline our website would still be online for support. We do not Host ANYONE on this VPS but our own website. Now, We got another VPS with them to Host our Shared and Reseller Clients on. This way we don't need to managed the server just support issues, anything else we could have the host do it.. this way we keep our cost down on cpanels and such and this way we could offer lower price package's if we are not paying for all this support. But i guess you do not know anything about this as you would know why this was done.

    Again do pull your facts up and find out what you are talking about before you post.

    Oh and if you have poof that we host VPS Clients on a VPS server i would LOVE to see them.

    Never said you host VPS servers on your VPS server. I'm certain that's where your shared and reseller accounts are though.

    Want to list some IPs from your dedicated boxes so we can check them out?

    But i have told you before we do Host our Reseller Clients and Shared Accounts on a VPS Server... you make a big deal out of nothing because we did not try to hide it. And he was on a VPS Server with VPS Latch when they had alot of issues with there servers. At that time i was ready to move the accounts off on to our own dedicated servers we have just did not get time to do it. and about that time VPS Latch sold out to HostDime, now the VPS has been online for some time now We don't have a pingdom on these servers because we just don't put that much money into it. We are more of a VPS/Dedicated deal...

    I don't want to list them here but i can PM you some test servers i have setup on all three area;s we offer. PA,LA,UK as you know your a BurstNet Reseller we have dedicated servers with Burst in the US and UK we use QuadraNet for our LA. We are not hiding anything and never will. If you ask We will tell you...

    I'm not a mystery client! And i am just trying to get a point across! The hosting is actually brilliant and i have paid for my service for a year. I want to let people know that there is nothing wrong with this hosting service. I am from the united kingdom! lol. I am not FeHosting!

    I took a look at the ip prior to approving the post as I found the sudden appearance of a customer a bit strange. The ip doesn't match any user here.

    Must be hard for a host rep having such troubles with clients, to defend the name when everyone is against. having a good chance I hope Sibername will never face the same thing.
