Need 2 webhosting accounts

What I seek is simple and easy to give but my requirements might be a bit stricter.

I am looking for 2 accounts of the same requirements. 1 account might change later for higher specs.

- 500MB~1GB space
- ~ 5GB-10GB BW
- at least 10 e-mail accounts
- 5 parked domains (only needed on 1 account though)
- 5 MYSQL DB's
- FTP
- cPanel

Both accounts will be used for e-commerce.

I'm on a very cheap budget (give your offer) and I certainly need a host that has been up for appr. 5 years cause I've changed hosts 5 times in 2 years. I'm not looking forward to changing hosts after this for a long time.

Any other basics are welcomed but fancy frills are not really needed.
