A couple changes: Where should probably be Datacenter Location. I've seen a lot of people get confused as to where they are, and where they want a server.

Reseller hosting should be added to the Shared, VPS, etc. list.

Options like the much loved and hated 'Master Reseller' could do with being left for more info
