What to do in on-page if a website has been given to you without doing any single seo process on it? How to handle a website by doing only on-page SEO?

Attractive Title and content and good link navigation is best effective onpage process.

Title tag is important. This tag is found in the HTML section <head></head>. Basically a title tag does what it says... it gives your site a title that's displayed in the browser window. More importantly, however, is that the title you use will appear in the search results as the "clickable" link that is displayed. So make sure your title contains at least one instance of your keyword. If your particular page is all about women's winter boots, then make sure your title contains the term, "women's winter boots." But don't just use the keyword. Make your title descriptive and useful, in as few words as possible.

At 1st..
Change the Meta Title , Meta Description and Meta Keywords.

After that set the title correct size and contain keyword.

And lastly , optimize all the content with keyword even with the image alt.
