Personally I wouldn't have the background as a "mirror image", I'd make it look more organic. That is, keep the same style but make each side unique. I do like, however, how the second page has moved down on the graphic. Your logo should be consistent. In the first page there is a clear logo, in the second there isn't. What you could easily do is shorten the branch (or scale it smaller) next to the logo in the second to account for the smaller heading height. Finally you should have better contrast in your links and especially in "phone support" as it looks like an "inactive" object - and even though it isn't a link it should have exactly the same contrast as all the heading links.
maybe if you can experiment more on your fonts then it would have looked cooler i guess
It took me awhile to identify anything that I'd like changed.
In the second image with the "Support Home Tickets Knowledgebase" nav bar the bar is a much larger than the text and it's odd that the text isn't vertically centered.
Possible solutions:
Increase the font size to fill the nav bar (would be sort of disproportionately visible)
Shrink nav bar (probably the best solution. intuition says a reduction of 50% would be right.)
Increase font size and center the text (reasonably good solution.)
Nice stuff.
