It is kind of sad.

He tries too hard.

Putting himself aside to help others like he does, as expected it's done it's damage. I told him a while ago that he needs to worry about his own needs first, then help people with what's left. That way he would have the strength to continue.

Nobody help him anymore. He needs to learn that only those who help themselves are capable of helping other people for any length of time. That's a lesson that he has to learn for himself, and one that I had to learn on my own some years ago.

If he can't do it himself the way I did, we already know he's in a special school staffed with trained professionals that can sort him out. Just let it runs it's course, and I can't help but feel bad for the people using post2vps.info if he ends up unable to run it as a result.

Then again having said that, I may need to break silence and give him a push again. He was all set to turn himself in when I explained to him the consequences of what he did a few months ago. Ultimately it didn't hurt anything, but he's all torn up about it.

i hate to sound insensitive considering his state of mind, but really? lets make it simple for him.

steps to not being a tool and making friends:
1: just stop being a tool
2: really, STOP BEING A TOOL
3: dont act like you know everything. (in other words, if you are going to start an argument about something, have REAL facts to back it. dont argue just to argue and be different)
4: if you do #3 successfully, you will be less of a tool
5: stop screwing over people that try to help you and then get mad when your project fails. (you know how many of us have tried and failed at things? ALL OF US HAVE. you try again, but try a different route)
6: dont cry about every little thing that goes wrong. we are NOT therapists. see a shrink if you need real advice
7: again, STOP BEING A TOOL!
8: just in case it failed by step 7, STOP BEING A TOOL

just be nice to people, be respectful, and dont purposely start things just to get a rise out of people. you will be hated and flamed. we are all here for the same thing. we want to talk to other like minded people and share knowledge and projects with like minded people. i dont wish to see anyone commit suicide. it is a selfish and cowardly act. and yes, i say this even though i have lost 3 close friends to suicide, and 3 other close friends to accidents. dont be selfish. people do care, and if you dont think they do, go tell the people that should care and see their reaction. DONT make a joke of it though. and if you need meds to help you deal with some of the stress, that is not a bad thing. i took meds for a little while when i got divorced. it helped my mind set and kept me focused on what i needed to get through it all. some good anti-depressants can do the trick

@Schmarvin, I know we all have thought about what a tool he can be, but, let the first one of us that HASNT made mistakes, EVER, cast the first stone. Till then, try to encourage and make him a better person. he is young and obviously has issues, and as a community, we should try to support him and give good advice. it doesnt mean we need to help with his business though. just be encouraging man.

Sometimes the best advice and encouragement is a hard dose of reality and the truth. He has his priorities completely screwed up, and it needs to be brought to his attention.
