Looking out for resource allocation abuse?

    Greetings all

Aside from using something like CloudLinux, what are other measures that can be taken to monitor and stop resource abuse by users on your hosting service?
Also, would access to something like this be available to only the server owner or resellers too?

When I was a webhost (no longer are) I didn't sell resellers. Just shared hosting, VPSes and Dedicated Servers.
You get less abuse by that.

I know h1.com has some pretty good anti-abuse systems.

If you have implemented cloudlinux then I hope it will solve resources management issues. Additionally you can tweak server firewall , optimize services like mysql, apache to keep control on resource consumption by individual user.
