control panel and file managers

could someone pleast tell me of any free web hosts that use this type of control panel and file manager but not host ultra

Lol, its http://www.net2ftp.com I used to be a developer there, I have build the mobile version back in 2008 or something.

I have used net2ftp in the past, it`s useful but if your using a cp such as cpanel there`s really no need for a browser based ftp script.

This one is net2ftp. I am still using it and it is very useful. It works well and I have never experienced any problem with it.
