Is smo sufficient?

Hi friends.....
I want to know that can we built quality back link only with the smo(social media optimization) without using seo(search engine optimization ) techniques...... I think seo is must to increase quality backlink... what is your opinion??? please share....

You can use forums and blogs as well, but it is no longer the number of links that count but the quality of them.

SEO and SMO both are more effective rather just SMO.

It is the Good if you just want the traffic you can get from this but there will be the less options to have the position in the search engine
