- Design/Layout
- Use of java in the bottom menu (but. # 2 and 4)

speed - not great, not bad
design/layout - ok, and i go for simple designs myself, but a little color on the main page would go a long way. the grey is a bit too dull for me...
javascript links/windows - well they worked fine, and i think it's an interesting style of window, although i would not have bothered with that myself.

It was INCREDIBLY SLOW! Just a little color would do, maybe even colored text, it is simple that's is all I have to say besides the slowness
