MSN Hotmail account freeze policy

To keep your MSN® Hotmail account active, be sure to stay under the 2MB storage limit. If your account goes over the limit, your account may be frozen and:
You won’t be able to send any messages
You will not be notified of e-mails sent to you that are bounced back
You will still be able to access your account and read current e-mails

You can easily check to see how close you are to your storage limit. From your Inbox, click on the Manage Folders button found under your list of folders. Be sure to monitor the size of all your folders to ensure that you remain under the 2MB limit.

You can avoid this process and increase your storage limit by signing up for MSN® Extra Storage. For only £19.99* per year (an average of £1.67 per month) MSN Extra Storage gives you 10MB of storage — five times what you’re getting today. It's the easiest way to avoid a frozen account.

Just got that from hotmail. I am amazed how they expect people to pay for it. I certainly wouldn't when they can't filter e-mails properly.
