    You could change the buttons. Nice headers. The navigation buttons would be better off on the right. Apart from that, no complains.

    Wow...Someone actually used a graphic in their layout.

    Why does everyone use those same greens and blues?

    I like a variety of COLOR

    - nice colour scheme with that graphic
    - good forum software, vBulletin
    - too much space used on top, above the forum: make top image smaller; try to replace that banner and especially move the forum buttons somewhere else, not above the banner
    empty advertising space
