They provide that, and it usually doesn't display the ads on PHP pages (although its supposed to

). They also *say* they dont restrict the bandwidth. There are restrictions on the PHP functions, however, which are listed somewhere on the site. They also use a slightly different way of connecting to the MySQL database, which may require some script altering.

Oh, and then there's the slight problem that over about the last month, they've been hopelessly unreliable, going down often, but giving no tech support!
