any ads?). They also *say* they dont restrict the bandwidth. There are restrictions on the PHP functions, however, which are listed somewhere on the site. They also use a slightly different way of connecting to the MySQL database, which may require some script altering.
Oh, and then there's the slight problem that over about the last month, they've been hopelessly unreliable, going down often, but giving no tech support!
May ask you in which section in tripod you can read the news about their service.
