    EVERY video editing program should do it, so far everyone I have come across does. Are you gonna buy or are you looking for freeware or maybe even a demo

    I ended up using Virtual Dub's Subtitler Fliter, and the video looks great. Now no little theives will steal and claim to be theirs.

    I found a VERY COOL free one, it is calle movieXone from AIST software. Anyway go to windows.com and then browse around the media section you will find it
