i sent a email complaining about a week ago and said to give in my info which had been lost so i done that and around 1week today... i'm still waiting..... i need some advice.... i'm totally lost on what to do....

Theirs an interesting thread about Cyberwings on Webhosting talk, they say support is lacking and servers are always down.
Well, its not surprising considering the insane prices, I think they are planning to get more resellers than actual hosting plans for now.

I have experienced some downtime for the past few days but on average, it's just around 10 - 15 minutes.
EasyMonitor.com is showing my site is currently having 98.70% the past week or so.
Not that bad but servers have been slow, too. Shawn is saying they're going to add more bandwidth, though.![]()
